    Well I went in for an oil change and I was told they were going to change my rear wiper but they did not change it even though they charged me for it. When I went back I had to wait around for over 20 mins just for them to say that they didn’t have the part. So I was upset that it took so long to find an answer and that I was being charged for something that was not done. Of course I got refunded for that part but it really shouldn’t have took that long to do so.

    I’m very pleased by the service at Jim Murphy especially since I just walked in the last two visits, they changed my batteries for vehicle entry in addition to fixing my tire, they also did a wonderful oil change, for once I didn’t have to drive back for a reset.
